Congratulations on signing up for our 1 year Periodontics & Implant Fellowship. Our clinical and hands-on patient experience is unlike any other, and I am sure you will find this course immensely helpful and practical.

This special fellowship requires a California license to partake in the clinical hands-on portion.

This special course requires you to have a California License and register before December 31, 2024.

During this fellowship you will be PAID for performing surgeries under staff supervision!

The cost of the fellowship is: $25,999. However, your tuition can be greatly reduced, if not paid off from the surgeries YOU perform. (Initial $6,000 down-payment due to reserve your spot).

In addition to the 6 didactic sessions, you will need to commit ~30 clinical days to finish the fellowship requirements listed below. These 30 days are flexible to your schedule. If you happen to miss any of the 6 didactic sessions, you can make it up the following year. However, you will receive your fellowship the following year.

Course Logistics

6 Didactic Sessions

Each Session is 2 days (Fri-Sat)

9:00am-5:00pm each day

96 CE Credits

Fellowship Requirements:

  1. Pass 100 question multiple choice exam at the end of Fellowship

  2. Perform 10 successful Sinus Lifts

  3. Perform 10 successful Ridge Augmentation

  4. Perform 10 successful Mucogingival Surgeries

  5. 50 Implants including Digital Implant planning and Surgical Guide Fabrication

  6. 50 Implant Restorations (including digital design, milling, and delivery)

  7. 50 Periodontal Maintenance Procedures.

*(additional 20-30 days required to meet these requirement in addition to the 6 didactic sessions)

Flight Information and Travel

Please arrange for your flight to arrive at San Diego Airport (SAN) (44.5 mi) before 7:30 AM of the first course day and leave from San Diego Airport (SAN) after 9:00 PM on the last course day. Another option is to fly into John Wayne Airport (SNA), which is in Santa Ana, CA (58.4 mi)

The easiest way to get to and from San Diego Airport to our facility (or to Staybridge Suites) is by the Uber or Lyft Apps.
You may also rent a vehicle from the various car rental companies at the SD Airport.
