IADI Cancellation (Credit/Refund) Policy:

Many preparations, such as materials, equipment, patient scheduling, and travel arrangements, are made for our attendees.  Additionally, there are limited spots available for each course, and we must turn away others from attending when full.  In case of a registrant's inability to attend, a credit may be requested with at least 45 days advance notice, and the full paid amount will be transferred to the same course or a different course for a different date.  If a refund is requested with at least 45 days advance notice, the refund will be given, minus a 20% penalty of the full course tuition.  If a credit request is made within 45 days of the course, the paid amount, minus a 20% penalty, will be transferred to the same course or different course for a different date.  There are no refunds for requests made within 45 days of the course start date. If IADI decides to refund a payment, IADI reserves the right to deduct the payment processing fee from the refund. Thank you for your understanding!
